After the multiple storms, including wind and hail in 2023, we became acquainted with Jason Pankhurst of Total Exteriors, through a referral from my son. Every step of our process, negotiating with our insurance company and adjuster, the various phases of complete exterior restoration of 5 buildings, problematic features of our buildings, small issues, declarations of assurance, helpful, efficient and caring touches, we were not disappointed. Every level of professionalism gave us new opportunities to be grateful and confident in our "Total Exteriors" Family. We consider their personal care of us and to us as evidence of business acumen producing a level of excellence uncommon in our contemporary era. We were very happy with the work that Total Exteriors did on our house after we hired them to repair damage to our roof and siding from a hail storm in April. A few days after the storm, we were walking around our neighborhood and saw a representative from Total Exteriors on a roof of a house just around the corner from our house. I asked him if he could come and take a look at our house afterwards so he did. They were quick, efficient, and did a good job following up. I was impressed with how the project manager or team lead came out to the house after each project (got up on the roof) and assessed. They also looked at the siding, gutters and downspouts as well after completion. I would highly recommend them.

We had storm damage and I wanted to go with someone local. Adam came out same day to check out our roof he did not constantly call or text blowing us up he was respectful of our time and let us choose what we wanted to do. Adam was very easy to work with extremely knowledgeable about the roofing and gave a lot of good information. Then it came to ordering the product and paying we worked with Kati who was beyond pleasant and friendly helping us she was always available for anything I needed. Then after that we started working with Ritchie who was in charge of the job and he was so great to work with extremely friendly and talked me through every step and the men that were installing I cannot compliment them enough they picked up everything after themselves went the extra mile due to having multiple dogs with cleaning and even went the extra step and took a photo of how my Plants were arranged to put them back the exact same. That is amazing customer service! I can’t say enough great things about this company they were so great to work with. This all happened within a month from start to finish that is pretty quick.
